The Promise
Every Antimony order ships at no cost to you within India, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. The piece is insured in transit, tracked end to end, and prepared by hand before it leaves the studio. There is no minimum order value.
Processing
Standard-size pieces are ready to ship from our Gurgaon studio and dispatch within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. Custom-size orders are crafted to your measurements and dispatched within 7 to 10 working days. Bridal commissions and heavily customised pieces follow a longer atelier timeline that is confirmed in writing at the moment of order.
Metro Estimates
Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad, Jaipur, and Chandigarh receive most orders within 2 to 4 working days from dispatch. Saturday deliveries are honoured where the courier network permits. A live tracking link is shared the moment dispatch is confirmed.
Non‑Metro Estimates
Tier‑2 and tier‑3 cities and towns are served by our courier partners with a slightly longer in‑transit window of 4 to 7 working days, subject to courier serviceability at your pincode. If your area is in a slower-scheduling zone, we confirm a revised delivery date in writing within twenty‑four hours of dispatch. If your pincode is not serviceable, we will contact you to coordinate an alternative.
Prepaid & Cash on Delivery
Antimony accepts prepaid orders via UPI, all major Indian credit and debit cards, net banking, and select international cards through our PCI‑compliant gateway. Cash on Delivery is available on most orders up to a reasonable order value, on confirmation by phone or WhatsApp. Prepaid orders are typically dispatched a day faster as no telephonic verification is required.
Tracking
The moment your piece is dispatched, you receive a confirmation by email and a tracking link by WhatsApp. The link refreshes in real time and shows every scan from the studio door to your doorstep. If a delivery attempt is missed, the courier reattempts the following working day at no cost; you may also reschedule directly through the partner.
Packaging
Each piece is folded and laid into Antimony tissue, sealed with the maison’s mark, and carried in a soft cotton dust pouch where the silhouette calls for it. A hand‑printed garment card accompanies every order with quiet care notes and the studio’s direct line. The outer carton is sealed, marked Fragile, and never printed with promotional clutter.
International
Worldwide shipping is offered on request, currently arranged piece by piece while the dedicated international storefront is being prepared. Duties, taxes, and customs charges at the destination are borne by the recipient. Please write to the studio for a tailored quote, transit time, and a confirmed dispatch date. Yes. Every Antimony dispatch is insured end to end, from the studio door to your delivery address. In the rare event a piece is damaged in transit, please write to the studio within 48 hours of delivery and we replace the piece on the next working morning.
