The House Standard

Considered, by design. Always.

What We Collect

Only what is needed to make and deliver a piece.

Your name, your contact details, and the shipping address required to bring an Antimony piece to your door. Body measurements you choose to share with the Design Studio. Order history, so we can attend to you with continuity across visits. Anonymised browsing patterns, so we may refine the maison’s digital surfaces over time. Nothing more than this, and never anything sensitive that we do not need.

How We Use It

To fulfil your order, refine our craft, and write occasionally.

Strictly to deliver the piece you ordered, to communicate about it with care, to improve the way we work, and, only with your explicit consent, to send an occasional editorial dispatch from the maison. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing, and we never will.

Payment Security

PCI‑compliant, processed by Razorpay.

All online payments are processed by Razorpay, India’s leading PCI‑DSS Level‑1 compliant payment gateway. Card numbers, CVVs, UPI PINs, and banking credentials are never seen, never stored, and never logged on Antimony’s servers. The payment information travels directly from your device to the gateway over an encrypted channel; Antimony receives only a confirmation token and a payment reference.

Cookies

A small, declared set.

We use a quiet handful of cookies to remember the contents of your bag between visits, to recognise you across sessions when you choose to sign in, and to measure aggregate visit patterns. Analytics cookies report only anonymised data. You may disable non‑essential cookies in your browser at any time and the maison’s storefront will continue to work, with a small loss of convenience.

Marketing Emails

Occasional, considered, opt‑in.

If you choose to subscribe to The Letter, our editorial dispatch, you may expect a small number of considered emails each month, never daily. Every dispatch carries a clear unsubscribe link, and an unsubscribe is honoured immediately. We do not buy or rent email lists, and we do not send marketing emails to addresses that have not consented to receive them.

Third‑Party Services

A short list, named in full.

Antimony works with a small number of trusted partners to deliver the maison: Razorpay for payments, our courier partners for shipping, MongoDB Atlas for encrypted data storage, Google Analytics for anonymised traffic measurement, and WhatsApp Business for order updates. Each of these processes a defined slice of data on our behalf, under contract, with no permission to use it for any other purpose.

Your Rights

A copy, a correction, a deletion.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask for a correction if anything has changed, or request its deletion subject to statutory record‑keeping obligations. Write to the studio at [email protected] from the email address associated with your account and we will respond within one working week.

Custody

Encrypted, in India, only as long as needed.

Customer data is held on encrypted servers in compliance with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We retain data only as long as is necessary to serve you and to meet our legal and accounting obligations, and we delete what is no longer required on a quiet, scheduled cadence.

Children

Antimony is for adult shoppers.

The maison’s storefront is intended for shoppers aged eighteen and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If you believe a minor has shared information with us, please write to the studio and we will quietly delete it.

Changes To This Notice

Versioned, with the date in plain sight.

When the maison adopts a new tool, partner, or process that touches your data, we update this notice and update the date at the foot of the page. Substantial changes are also surfaced in The Letter, so subscribers see them in their inbox rather than discovering them later.

Privacy Enquiries

Write directly. We respond within a week.

For a copy of your data, a correction, a deletion request, or any privacy enquiry, write to the studio from the email address on your account. A real person handles every request.
