Customs
Duties & taxes.
Our international parcels ship on Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) terms. Any import duties, taxes, VAT, or customs handling fees levied by your country’s customs authority are payable by the recipient on delivery.
DHL Express will contact you directly with the exact amount before releasing the parcel — no surprises. If you have a broker or duty-drawback account, please let us know at hello@antimonyindia.com before dispatch and we’ll route accordingly.
A rough guide: most destinations levy 5–20% of the declared value as duties & VAT. UAE and Singapore are typically at the lower end; USA and Canada at the higher.
Returns & exchanges
Considered final sale.
International orders are considered final sale due to cross-border shipping and customs regulations. This is a considered choice — the customs duties levied on returned parcels, and the reverse-logistics cost across long-haul routes, would ultimately be borne by every customer in the price of every piece. Keeping the atelier lean lets us keep the craft honest.

If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs at hello@antimonyindia.com. Our support team will review and offer an appropriate resolution — a replacement, credit, or refund as the situation warrants.
Our seven-day return policy applies to orders shipped within India only.
